หรือใช้คนงานตั้งแต่ห้าสิบคนขึ้นไปโดยใช้เครื่องจักรหรือไม่ก็ตามเพื่อประกอบกิจการ		 Note:   1. Due to the amendment of the Factory Act No. 2 B.E. 2562, some information in the Department of Industrial Works is under construction, unable to retrieve the sex worker separation.
