(2) กรณีคลอดบุตร คือ คนที เบิกค่าคลอดบุตรทั งผู้ประกันตนที เป็นเพศชาย และเพศหญิง Maternity counted on the number of insured person who claimed maternity benefits. (3) กรณีทุพพลภาพ คือ ผู้ทุพพลภาพคนใหม่ นับตามจํานวนผู้ที ได้รับอนุมัติ ณ ปีนั น Invalidity counted on new case only. (4) กรณีตาย คือ จํานวนคนที มารับค่าทําศพ Death counted on the number of claims on funeral allowance. (5) กรณีสงเคราะห์บุตร คือ จํานวนบุตรของผู้ประกันตนที เบิกเงินสงเคราะห์บุตร ซึ งเป็นจํานวนที นับสะสม เนื องจากผู้มีสิทธิบางรายยังคงได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทน ทดแทนในปัจจุบัน โดยบุตรแต่ละคนจะได้รับสิทธิต่อเนื องจนอายุครบ 6 ปี Child Allowance counted on the number of children and the benefit will be paid until children turn 6 years old. (6) กรณีชราภาพ คือ จํานวนผู้รับบําเหน็จและบํานาญ Old-age benefit counted on the number of pensioners and persons who received lump sum. (7) กรณีว่างงาน คือ จํานวนผู้ประกันตนที มารายงานตัวและรับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได้ในแต่ละเดือน (เฉพาะผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33) ซึ งเป็นจํานวนที นับสะสม เนื องจากผู้มีสิทธิบางราย ยังคงได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทนในปัจจุบัน และรวมผู้ประกันตนที ถูกเลิกจ้าง สมัครใจลาออก สิ นสุดสัญญาจ้าง และสุดวิสัย Unemployment counted on the number of insured persons only under Article 33 who registered and claime for unemployment benefit and Including the insured persons has been laid-off, voluntarily resigned, termination of work contract and force majeure. หมายเหตุ: 1. ผู้ประกันตน หมายถึง ผู้ซึ งขึ นทะเบียนประกันสังคม และหรือจ่ายเงินสมทบอันก่อให้เกิดสิทธิได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทน ตามพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม (มาตรา 33) รวมผู้ที เคยเป็นผู้ประกันตน แล้วสิ นสภาพการเป็นลูกจ้าง และได้แจ้งความประสงค์เป็นผู้ประกันตนต่อ (มาตรา 39) 2. สํานักงานประกันสังคมยกเลิกการให้บริการกับผู้ประกันตน ณ กองประโยชน์ทดแทนแต่ยังคงให้บริการเบิกจ่ายรักษาพยาบาลแก่สถานพยาบาล ในกรณีการรักษาโดยแพทย์ผู้เชี ยวชาญพิเศษเฉพาะทาง Note: 1. Insured person: a person who pays contributions which provides entitlement to benefits under the Social Security Act (article 33 ) included any person who has been an insured person and he or she notify his/her intention to continue to be insured person (article 39 ). 2. Social Security Office quited providing services for the insured persons at the office of the Benefits Division which is located at the Social Security Office.
