chapter 2 Statistical methodology The 2024 Business Trade and Services Survey Exclude the following 1) Managers or directors paid solely for their attendance at meetings of the board of director. 2) Persons from other establishments working at this establishment. 3) Home workers 2) Employees Refer to all persons who engaged in the selling of goods or provision of services and related activities of the establishments and received regular pay. Included are sales, clerical accountant and salaried managers and directors. - Management level such as manager, operation manager and other manager line function etc. - Operation level such as salesman, clerk, accountant, driver etc. 4) Persons who were employed to work occasionally such as laborers and sales agents who do not receive regular pay. 5 ) Persons who were on leave for persons who were on leave for military services or one who had obtained long leave or were on strike. 58
