Sickness benefit including utilization data for in-patient, out-patient, emergency, accidents, special treatment & equipment, bone marrow transplantation, hemodialysis of chronic renal failure, cash benefit dental care and AIDS and 1 time of utilization means 1 case. 2. Maternity benefit utilizers in registered hospital are excluded which began in November 2005. 3. Child Allowance counted on number of children. 4. Old Age lump sum only. 5.
