พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และการดื่มสุราของประชากร คุ้มรวม สารวจครั้งนี้ คือ บุคคลผู้อาศัยอยู่ในครัวเรือนส่วนบุคคล ทั่วไปในเขตเทศบาลและนอกเขตเทศบาลทั่วประเทศ ยกเว้น ครัวเรือนชาวต่างประเทศที่ท างานในสถานทูต องค์การ ระหว่างประเทศที่มีเอกสิทธิ์ทางการทูต เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อภาวะสุขภาพของประชากร บุหรี่ ในพระราชบัญญัติยาสูบ พ .ศ . 2509 หมายถึง ยาเส้นหรือยาเส้นปรุง ไม่ว่าจะมีใบยาแห้งหรือยา อัดเจือปนหรือไม่ ซึ่งมวนด้วยกระดาษหรือวัสดุที่ท าขึ้นใช้ แทนกระดาษหรือใบยาแห้งหรือยาอัด ประเภทบุหรี่ในการสารวจครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุหรี่ที่ผลิต จากโรงงานหรือเรียกว่าบุหรี่โรงงาน บุหรี่มวนเอง บุหรี่ ซิการ์ ไปป์ ยาสูบที่สูบผ่านน้าหรือเรียกว่า บารากู่/ฮุกก้า/ ชิชา บุหรี่อิเล็กทรอนิก/บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า บารากู่ไฟฟ้า สุราหรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ หมายถึง เหล้า สุรา หรือเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิดที่มีส่วนผสมของเอทิลแอลกอฮอล์ เมื่อบริโภคเข้าไปแล้วจะออกฤทธิ์ท าให้มีอาการมีนเมาตาม ปริมาณส่วนผสมที่แตกต่างกันของเอทิลแอลกอฮอล์ เช่น สุราผสมน้าผลไม่หรือค็อกเทล เหล้าปั่น ไวน์คูลเลอร์หรือ เครื่องดื่มกลุ่มพร้อมดื่ม เบียร์ สราสี/สุราแดง สุราแช่ พื้นบ้านหรือสุราแช่พื้นเมือง ไวน์องุ่น/แชมเปญ/ไวน์ผลไม้ ยาดองเหล้า/สุราจีน สุราขาว/สุรากลั่นชุมชน สถิติสุขภาพจิตของคนไทย สานักงานสถิติ แห่งชาติ เป็นผู้จัดท า โดยให้ผู้ตอบที่อายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป สารวจ ตัวเองและประเมินเหตุการณ์ อาการ ความคิดเห็น และ ความรู้สึกของตนในช่วง 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งการสารวจได้ใช้ข้อถามสุขภาพจิตคนไทยฉบับสั้น 15 ข้อ (ที่กรมสุขภาพจิตได้พัฒนาจากข้อถามฉบับสมบูรณ์ 54 ข้อ) ข้อถามแต่ละข้อมีคะแนนอยู่ระหว่าง 0-3 คะแนน in municipal and non-municipal areas throughout the country, excluding special and institutional households, as well as, diplomat households. Type of cigarettes covered in this survey were such as manufactured cigarettes, hand-rolled cigarettes or roll your own (RYO), cigars, pipes, number of water pipe sessions e.g. baraku/hookah/shisha, electronic cigarettes, electronic baraku, etc. Liquor or alcoholic beverage means liquor, spirits or any beverage containing ethyl alcohol. When ingested, it has the effect of causing intoxication according to different amounts of ethyl alcohol, such as cocktails, frozen alcoholic beverages, wine coolers or ready-to-drink beverages, beer, brown liquor, local alcohol, wine/champagne/fruit wine, infused liquor/Chinese liquor, rice whisky/locally distilled spirits, etc . Statistics on mental health of Thai people were compiled by National Statistical Office by surveying Thai people aged 15 years and over, in order to collect data on mental health of Thai people from time to time according to economic situation.
