ยาที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศเป็นยาแผนโบราณ หรือยาที่ได้รับ อนุญาตให้ขึ้นทะเบียนตารับยาเป็นยาแผนโบราณ ซึ่งประเภท ของใบอนุญาตสาหรับยาแผนโบราณมีทั้งหมด 3 ประเภท คือ 1. ขยบ หมายถึง ขายยาแผนโบราณ 2. ผยบ หมายถึง ผลิตยาแผนโบราณ 3. นยบ หมายถึง นาหรือสั่งยาแผนโบราณ traditional drugs notified by the Minister, or a drug notified by the Minister as a traditional drugs, or a drug of which formula has been registered as that of a traditional drugs. The categories of licenses for Traditional drugs are as follows: 1. A license to sell traditional drugs 2. A license to produce traditional drugs 3.
