แล ะใน โลก การกําหนดยุทธศาสตร์แล ะแนวท าง เพื่อ ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายที่กําหนด ไว้ ในพันธสัญญา และอนุสัญญาต่างๆ รวมถึงเตรียมพร้อมเพื่อรองรับ หรือ ป้องกันผลกระทบที่จะเกิดกับผู้หญิงในมิติต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีวัตถุประสงค์ ที่จะพัฒนาและสร้างความเข้มแข็งของ กลไกทุกระดับ และเสริมสร้างกระบวนการพัฒนาสตรีให้มี ประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผล เพื่อเป็นกลไกและแนวทางหลัก ในการพัฒนาสตรีในทุกระดับโดยวิสัยทัศน์ของแผนฯ “ สตรีและ เด็กหญิงมีโอกาสพัฒนาตนเองได้เต็มศักยภาพ ได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างเสมอภาคและเป็นธรรม ปลอดภัยจาก ความรุนแรงทุกรูปแบบ ภายใต้สังคมที่ตระหนัก และเข้าใจถึง ความเสมอภาคระหว่างเพศ” ปัจจุบันผู้หญิงมีบทบาทและความสําคัญในการพัฒนา ประเทศมากขึ้น และหลายประเทศก็มีเป้าหมายที่จะมุ่ง สร้างสรรค์สังคมให้เกิดความเสมอภาคและเป็นธรรม พร้อม ทั้งสร้างวัฒนธรรมใหม่ที่เน้นศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นมนุษย์ ที่เท่าเทียมกัน เพื่อลดความเหลื่อมลํ้าระหว่างหญิงชาย ส่งเสริมการมีบทบาทและการมีส่วนร่วมของสตรีในกระบวนการ ตัดสินใจ อันจะนําไปสู่ความเสมอภาคระหว่างหญิงชาย ในสังคม การนําเสนอข้อมูลสถิติหญิงและชาย ก็เพื่อเผยแพร่ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับมิติหญิงชายในการประเมินวัดความเสมอภาค ระหว่างหญิงและชาย and societies, devoid of all forms of violence. Many countries aim at equal and merit society and raising dignity of human beings so as to reduce disparity between female and male.
