5 . พักผ่อน 6 . เกษียณการทํางาน 7. ดูแลเด็ก/ผู้สูงอายุ/ผู้ป่วย/ผู้พิการ 8. ไม่พร้อมที่จะทํางาน เนื่องจากเหตุผลอื่น เช่น ไม่ สมัครใจทํางาน ทํางานโดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง ผลกําไร ส่วนแบ่ง หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอื่นๆ ให้แก่บุคคลซึ่งมิได้เป็นสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เดียวกัน ทํางานให้แก่ องค์การ หรือสถาบันการกุศลต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง ผลกําไรส่วนแบ่ง หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอย่างใด รายละเอียดอื่นๆ ตลอดจนแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง และวิธีการประมาณผล โปรดดูรายงานผลการสํารวจภาวะ การทํางานของประชากร ทั่วราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งจัดทําโดย สํานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ แรงงานนอกระบบ สํานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ จัดทําครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2548 โดยทําการสํารวจไปพร้อม กับการสํารวจภาวะการทํางานของประชากร ไตรมาสที่ 3 เป็นประจําทุกปี ทําให้ทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับจํานวนลักษณะ ทางประชากร และลักษณะการทํางาน ได้แก่ อายุ เพศ การศึกษา อาชีพ ลักษณะกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ ชั่วโมงการ ทํางาน ค่าจ้างเฉลี่ย ตลอดจนปัญหาที่เกิดจากการทํางาน ของแรงงานนอกระบบ เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้กับหน่วยงานที่ เกี่ยวข้องทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมนําไปใช้ในการวางแผน และกําหนดนโยบาย การขยายความคุ้มครองการทํางาน และการประกันสังคมให้ครอบคลุมทุกสาขาอาชีพอย่างเท่า เทียมและเป็นธรรม ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้แรงงานนอกระบบเหล่านี้ มีความมั่นคงในการทํางาน และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น แรงงานนอกระบบ หมายถึง ผู้มีงานทําที่ไม่ได้รับ ความคุ้มครอง หรือไม่มีหลักประกันทางสังคม จากการ ทํางานเช่นเดียวกับแรงงานในระบบ อัตราค่าจ้างขั้นตํ่า ได้รับข้อมูลจากกรมสวัสดิการ และคุ้มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน 5. resting, 6. retirement, 7. caring for children/elderly/patients/disabled people 8 . otherwise not available for employment, such as voluntarily idle, working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions, working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions. Informal Employment : National Statistical Office conducted the first survey on Informal Employment in 2005 . The survey was conducted annually and was usually incorporated in the third quarter of the labour force survey . This informal employment report would be aware of the important characteristics of informal workers such as age, sex, education, occupation, economic activity, working hours, average wage and work problems. The purposes of the survey include providing information for the requirements of planning agencies and policy makers, as well as creating an informal employment database, in order to extend social security coverage for all occupations . As a result, informally employed people will have access to social security and protection from their work . The results of this survey could further contribute to an improvement in their quality of life . Informal employment refers to employed persons who are not protected or have no social security from work like formal employment.
