สถิติยุติธรรม ความมั่นคง การเมือง และ การปกครอง สถิติยุติธรรม ความมั่นคง การเมือง และการปกครอง ที่นําเสนอในบทนี้ได้มาจากสํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรม กรมพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน กระทรวงยุติธรรม และสํานักงานตํารวจแห่งชาติ สถิติคดีของศาล ได้รวบรวมและนําเสนอข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับคดีแพ่งที่ขึ้นสู่การพิจารณาของศาล คดีอาญาที่ขึ้นสู่ การพิจารณาของศาล และคดีอาญาที่น่าสนใจ คดีแพ่ง หมายถึง คดีที่เกี่ยวกับหนี้สิน ลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ เรื่องเงินกู้ ถ้ามีการบังคับคดีก็จะบังคับเอากับ ทรัพย์สิน คดีอาญา หมายถึง คดีที่ เกี่ยวกับความสงบ เรียบร้อยของบ้านเมือง เช่น ลัก วิ่ง ชิง ปล้น ฉ้อโกง ยักยอก ทําร้ายร่างกาย ถ้ามีการบังคับคดีก็จะมีโทษ ทางอาญา 5 สถาน ได้แก่ ประหารชีวิต จําคุก กักขัง ปรับ และริบทรัพย์สิน สถิติคดีเด็กและเยาวชน ที่ถูกดําเนินคดีโดย กรมพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน เป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับการดําเนินคดีทั้งคดีครอบครัว และคดีอาญาเด็กและ เยาวชนที่กระทําความผิดที่เข้าสู่กระบวนการยุติธรรม โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดทั่วประเทศทั้งสถานพินิจและคุ้มครอง เด็กและเยาวชน และศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน ตาม พระราชบัญญัติศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว และวิธีพิจารณา คดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว พ.ศ. 2553 เด็ก หมายถึง บุคคลอายุยังไม่เกินสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์ เยาวชน หมายถึง บุคคลอายุเกินสิบห้าปีบริบูรณ์ แต่ยังไม่ถึงสิบแปดปีบริบูรณ์ Justice, Security, Political and Public Administration Statistics Justice, Security, Political and Public Administration Statistics presented in this chapter obtained from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice ; Department of Youth Observation and Protection, Ministry of Justice and the Royal Thai Police. Statistics on Cases illustrated the number of civil and criminal cases which commenced due to offences as well as reported interesting crimes. Civil case means a case concerning debt, debtor, creditor, and loan. Legal enforcement aims for property. Criminal case means the case concerning the country’s peace, including theft, snatching, robbery, gang - robbery, fraud, misappropriation, and bodily harm. In case of legal enforcement, 5 types of Criminal Punishments include Death, Imprisonment, Confinement, Fine, and Forfeiture of property. Statistics on Juvenile cases including family cases are judged by the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection, according to the Juvenile and Family Court and Juvenile and Family Case Procedure Act BE 2553 (2010), are compiled in order to present the social situations for the policy makers and general users. Child refers to those persons aged less than 15 years. Youth refers to those persons aged over 15 years but not reach 18 years.
