สถิติอุตสาหกรรม สถิติอุตส าหกร รม ที่ เสนอ ในบทนี้ ได้ม าจาก กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม กรมอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานและ ก า ร เ ห มื อ ง แ ร่ ก ร ะท ร ว ง อุต ส าห ก ร ร ม ส านั ก ง าน คณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน สานักนายกรัฐมนตรี และ สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สถิติอุตสาหกรรมจากสามะโนอุตสาหกรรม เป็น โครงการที่จัดทาทุก 10 ปี ตามข้อเสนอขององค์การสหประชาชาติ เพื่อให้มีข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่สาคัญทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยได้จัดทามาแล้ว 5 ครั้ง ในปี 2507 2540 2550 2555 และ 2560 แต่ เนื่องจากปัจจุบัน โครงสร้าง ด้าน เศรษฐกิจ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรวด เร็วม าก ดังนั้น หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สานักงานเศรษฐกิจอุตสาหกรรม สานักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย และกระทรวงพาณิชย์ มีความ จาเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลที่ทันสมัยในการวิเคราะห์ และติดตาม สถานการณ์ด้านเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ และภูมิภาค สานักงาน สถิติแห่งชาติ จึงจัดทาสามะโนอุตสาหกรรม จากทุก 10 ปี เป็น จัดทาทุก 5 ปี โดยเริ่มดาเนินการในปี 2555 พร้อมกับ สามะโนธุรกิจทางการค้า และธุรกิจทางการบริการ เรียกว่า สามะโนธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2555 สาหรับการจัดทาสามะโนธุรกิจและอุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. 2565 ได้กาหนดแผนการดาเนินงานเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานหรือการนับจดสถาน ประกอบการทุกประเภททั้งที่อยู่ในระบบทะเบียน และนอกระบบ ทะเบียน ดาเนินการในปี 2564 ที่ประกอบกิจกรรมทาง เศรษฐกิจตามการจัดประเภทมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมประเทศไทย ปี 2552 ( Thailand Standard Industrial Classification : TSIC 2009 ) ได้แก่ ธุรกิจทางการค้า ธุรกิจทางการบริการ การผลิต Industrial Statistics Industrial statistics presented in this chapter were obtained from the Department of Industrial Works, the Department of Primary Industry and Mines, Ministry of Industry; Thailand Board of Investment, Office of the Prime Minister and the National Statistical Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society . Industrial statistics were derived from the Industrial census, which has been conducted every 10 years, in accordance with the UN recommendation by the National Statistical Office. This census has been carried out 5 times already, in 1964, 1997, 2007, 201 2 , and 2017. Presently, the economic structure has changed rapidly, thus the concerned agencies, such as the Office of Industrial Economics, Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council, Bank of Thailand, and Ministry of Commerce expressing the need for timely industrial statistics for analyzing and monitoring economic statistics at regional and country levels. Therefore, as a major data producer, the National Statistical Office is shifting from conducting the industrial census every 10 years to every 5 years, starting from 2012. In order to cover a wider range of economic activities, the business trade and services census is also incorporated in the 2012 industrial census, then called the 2012 Business and Industrial Census. The 2022 Business and Industrial Census consists of two stages . First, the listing stage in 2021, in which basic information of all establishments (registration and unregistered) engaged in all economic activities under the Thailand Standard Industrial Classification : TSIC 2009, such as business trade and business services , manufacturing , waste and sewage management and
