สถิติการค้าและราคา สถิติการค้าและราคา ที่เสนอในบทนี้ ได้ข้อมูลมาจาก สํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ และสํานักงานนโยบายและ ยุทธศาสตร์การค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ สถิติการค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือ สถิติการค้า ต่างประเทศที่นําเสนอในบทนี้ ได้ทําการจําแนกรายการสินค้า ถือตามบัญชีรายการสินค้าของประเทศไทย (Thailand Trade Nomenclature) ฉบับพิมพ์ครั้งที่ 6 ปี 2513 ซึ่งแสดงรหัส สถิติไว้ตามระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบพิกัดของบรัสเซล (Brussels Tariff Nomenclature - BTN.) ตั้งแต่ ปี 2520 ถือตามรหัสสถิติสินค้าขาเข้าขาออกของประเทศไทย ซึ่งกรม ศุลกากรได้จัดทําขึ้น เพื่อแสดงการเปรียบเทียบประเภท สินค้าระหว่างระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบพิกัดของบรัสเซล ( ซึ่งเรียกว่า ระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบคณะมนตรี ความร่วมมือทางศุลกากร (Customs Cooperation Council Nomenclature, CCCN) กับระบบการจําแนกประเภทแบบ มาตรฐานระหว่างประเทศ ฉบับแก้ไข ครั้งที่ 2 (The Standard International Trade Classification, Rev. 2 - SITC) สําหรับเป็นมูลฐานให้ผู้ ใช้สถิติสาม ารถศึกษ า เปรียบเทียบกับสินค้าของประเทศต่างๆ ได้ และตั้งแต่ปี 2531 เป็นต้นมา รหัสสินค้าขาเข้า - ขาออกของประเทศไทยได้จําแนก ตามระบบฮาร์โม ไนซ์ (The Harmonized System - HS) เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ใน ด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศยิ่งขึ้น คุ้มรวม “ สินค้า ” หมายถึง สินค้าที่ได้นําเข้าและ ส่งออกโดยรัฐบาล องค์การของรัฐวิสาหกิจ และส่วนบุคคล แต่ไม่รวม Trade and Price Statistics Trade and Price Statistics presented in this chapter have been derived from the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and the Office of Policy and Strategic Trade, Ministry of Commerce. International trade statistics, also known as foreign trade statistics, have been classified the commodities, according to the “Thailand Trade Nomenclature, sixth edition, 1970 ,” which provided commodity codes on the basis of the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature (BTN). Since 1977 , Thai Customs has conducted the Thailand Trade Nomenclature, adapted based on the Brussels Tariff Nomenclature (which is known as the Customs Cooperation Council Nomenclature, CCCN), with conversion to the Standard International Trade Classification Rev. 2 (SITC). The Customs Department published this publication to serve as a baseline for statistics users to study and compare statistical commodity data across countries. Since 1988, the classification of commodities has been based on the Harmonized System (HS), which has been further beneficial for international trade .
