การขนส่งทางอากาศ ได้ข้อมูลจาก บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) โดยรวบรวมข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับจํานวนเที่ยวบิน ผู้โดยสาร การขนส่งสินค้า และ การขนถ่ายไปรษณียภัณฑ์ Air transport, these statistics has been derived from the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited . Air transport statistics were the number of flights, passengers, air freight, air parcel and so on . สถิติ “ ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ” ถือเป็นตัวชี้วัดที่สําคัญ ในการประเมินปร ะสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการระบบ โลจิสติกส์ ซึ่งประเทศที่มีประสบการณ์และเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดี ( Best practices ) ด้ า น ก า ร พั ฒ น า ร ะบ บ โล จิ ส ติ ก ส์ อย่างปร ะเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาและญี่ปุ่น ได้มีการจัด เก็บ ฐานข้อมูลด้านโลจิสติกส์ และจัดทําต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ทั้งใน ระดับจุลภาคและมหภาคกันอย่างแพร่หลาย ในขณะที่ ปร ะเท ศ ไท ยริ เริ่มพัฒ น าร ะบบข้อมู ลด้ าน โลจิสติกส์ ของประเทศเมื่อ ปี 2547 โดยสํานักงานสภาพัฒนาการ เศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช . ) ได้ดําเนินการศึกษา แนวคิดการคํานวณ และพัฒนาแบบจําลองต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ของประเทศไทยจนได้กรอบแนวคิดของการคํานวณต้นทุน โลจิสติกส์ ในระดับประเทศซึ่งสามารถจําแนกองค์ประกอบ ต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก คือ 1 . ต้นทุนค่าขนส่ง 2 . ต้นทุนค่าบริหารคลังสินค้า และต้นทุนการเก็บ รักษาสินค้าคงคลัง 3 . ต้นทุนการบริหารจัดการ การบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์ เป็นกระบวนการทํางาน ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผนการดําเนินการ และ การควบคุมการทํางานขององค์กร รวมทั้งการบริหารจัดการ ข้อ มู ล แ ล ะธุ ร ก ร ร ม ท าง ก าร เงิ น ที่ เกี่ย ว ข้ อ ง ให้ เกิ ด การเคลื่อนย้าย การจัดเก็บ การรวบรวม การกระจายสินค้า วัตถุดิบ ชิ้นส่วนประกอบ และการบริการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลสูงสุด โดยคํานึงถึงความต้องการและ ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเป็นสําคัญ Logistics Statistics is a key indicator for evaluating a country’s capability in managing its logistics system . Countries with the best practice and development in logistics system, such as the United States of America and Japan, would widely exercise the database on both of logistics and logistics costs at macro and micro levels . As part of continuous efforts since 2004, the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council has undertaken a study to develop a model to quantify Thailand’s logistics costs . Normally, it comprises three main components as follows: 1 . Transportation Costs 2 . Inventory Carrying Costs and Warehousing Costs 3 . Logistics Administration Costs Logistics Management is the process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient and effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers’ requirements . 418 สถิติการขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์
