สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สถิติการสื่อสาร ที่นําเสนอในบทนี้ได้ข้อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จํากัด และสํานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สถิติบริการไปรษณีย์ ได้รับข้อมูลจาก บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จํากัด สังกัดกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและ สังคม มีหน้าที่ให้บริการงานไปรษณีย์และบริการการเงินโดยเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรับฝากไปรษณียภัณฑ์ธรรมดา พัสดุ ไปรษณีย์ บริการพิ เศษ ธนาณัติ และตั๋วแลกเงิน ไปรษณีย์ เป็นต้น Information Communication and Technology Statistics Communication statistics presented in this chapter have been compiled from The Thailand Post Company Limited and the National Statistical Office, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society . Statistics on Post were received from Thailand Post Co., Ltd , under the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society. Their mission is to provide service on post and financial services. Data collected, such as postal ordinary letter-post items, parcel post, special service, money order, and postal order, etc. สถิติเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) ที่นําเสนอ สํานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ เป็นผู้จัดทําภายใต้ การสํารวจการมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ในครัวเรือน ส ถิ ติ ก า รสํ า ร ว จ ก า รมี ก า ร ใช้ เทค โน โล ยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในครัวเรือน สํานักงานสถิติ แห่งชาติ ได้ทําการสํารวจการมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารในครัวเรือนครั้งแรก เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2544 และตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2546 เป็นต้นมา ได้ทําการสํารวจเป็นประจําทุกปี ซึ่ง ในปี พ.ศ. 2564 ได้มีการปรับแผนการสํารวจจากรายปีเป็น รายไตรมาส เนื่องจากมีความต้องการใช้ข้อมูลเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมากขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อต้องการทร าบจํานวนปร ะชาชนที่ ใช้อิน เทอร์ เน็ต ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ และ การมีโทรศัพท์มือถือ รวมทั้งทราบ จํานวนครัวเรือนที่มีคอมพิวเตอร์ มีการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต และการมีโทรศัพท์มือถือในครัวเรือน โดยคุ้มรวมในการสํารวจ คือ ครัวเรือนส่วนบุคคลที่ตกเป็นตัวอย่างทั้งในเขตเทศบาล และนอกเขตเทศบาลทุกจังหวัด Statistics on Information and Communication Technology : The statistics presented were from the surveys on the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Households conducted by the National Statistical Office. The Household Survey on the Use of ICT: the National Statistical Office has been undertaken for the first time in 2001 . And since 2003 , it has been carried out annually. In 2021, the survey plan has been revised from yearly to quarterlydue to the increasing user needs for information technology and communication data The objective of the survey, which covered private households in the municipal and non- municipal areas, was to collect the number of persons using the internet and mobile phone and having a mobile phone, the number of household shaving computer and mobile phone, and internet access.
