5 . พักผ่อน 6 . เกษียณการทางาน 7. ดูแลเด็ก/ผู้สูงอายุ/ผู้ป่วย/ผู้พิการ 8. ไม่พร้อมที่จะทางาน เนื่องจากเหตุผลอื่น เช่น ไม่ สมัครใจทางาน ทางานโดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง ผลกาไร ส่วนแบ่ง หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอื่นๆ ให้แก่บุคคลซึ่งมิได้เป็นสมาชิกในครัวเรือน เดียวกัน ทางานให้แก่ องค์การ หรือสถาบันการกุศลต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง ผลกาไรส่วนแบ่ง หรือสิ่งตอบแทนอย่างใด รายละเอียดอื่นๆ ตลอดจนแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง และวิธีการประมาณผล โปรดดูรายงานผลการสารวจภาวะ การทางานของประชากร ทั่วราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งจัดทาโดย สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ แรงงานนอกระบบ สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ จัดทาครั้งแรกเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2548 โดยทาการสารวจไปพร้อม กับการสารวจภาวะการทางานของประชากร ไตรมาสที่ 3 เป็นประจาทุกปี ทาให้ทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับจานวนลักษณะ ทางประชากร และลักษณะการทางาน ได้แก่ อายุ เพศ การศึกษา อาชีพ ลักษณะกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ ชั่วโมงการ ทางาน ค่าจ้างเฉลี่ย ตลอดจนปัญหาที่เกิดจากการทางาน ของแรงงานนอกระบบ เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้กับหน่วยงานที่ เกี่ยวข้องทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมนาไปใช้ในการวางแผน และกาหนดนโยบาย การขยายความคุ้มครองการทางาน และการประกันสังคมให้ครอบคลุมทุกสาขาอาชีพอย่างเท่า เทียมและเป็นธรรม ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้แรงงานนอกระบบเหล่านี้ มีความมั่นคงในการทางาน และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น แรงงานนอกระบบ หมายถึง ผู้มีงานทาที่ไม่ได้รับ ความคุ้มครอง หรือไม่มีหลักประกันทางสังคม จากการ ทางานเช่นเดียวกับแรงงานในระบบ อัตราค่าจ้างขั้นต ่ า ได้รับข้อมูลจากกรมสวัสดิการ และคุ้มครองแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน 5. resting, 6. retirement, 7. caring for children/elderly/patients / disabled people 8 . otherwise not available for employment, such as voluntarily idle, working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions, working without pay, profits, dividends or any other payments for charitable organizations and institutions. Informal Employment : National Statistical Office conducted the first survey on Informal Employment in 2005 . The survey was conducted annually and was usually incorporated in the third quarter of the labour force survey . This informal employment report would be aware of the important characteristics of informal workers such as age, sex, education, occupation, economic activity, working hours, average wage and work problems. The purposes of the survey include providing information for the requirements of planning agencies and policy makers, as well as creating an informal employment database, in order to extend social security coverage for all occupations . As a result, informally employed people will have access to social security and protection from their work . The results of this survey could further contribute to an improvement in their quality of life . Informal employment refers to employed persons who are not protected or have no social security from work like formal employment.
