สาธารณสุข ซึ่งแยกออกเป็นของรัฐบาล รัฐวิสาหกิจ หน่วยงานอิสระ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และเอกชน นอกจากนี้ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงสัดส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ทรัพยากรแต่ละประเภทกับประชากรของประเทศ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ การดื่มสุรา หรือ เครื่องดื่มมึนเมา สานักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ เป็นผู้จัดทาโดย การสารวจเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ เริ่มดาเนินการ ครั้ง แรก เมื่อ พ .ศ . 2519 แล ะการส ารวจเกี่ยวกับ พฤติกร รมกา รดื่มสุร า เ ริ่มดา เ นินกา รครั้ง แ รก พ.ศ. 2544 ต่อมาใน พ.ศ. 2547 ได้รวมข้อถามทั้งสอง เรื่องไว้ด้วยกันโดยดาเนินการสารวจภายใต้ชื่อ การสารวจ พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และการดื่มสุราของประชากร คุ้มรวมสารวจครั้งนี้ คือ บุคคลผู้อาศัยอยู่ในครัวเรือน ส่วนบุคคลทั่วไปในเขตเทศบาลและนอกเขตเทศบาลทั่วประเทศ ยกเว้นครัวเรือนชาวต่างประเทศที่ทางานในสถานทูต องค์การระหว่างประเทศที่มีเอกสิทธิ์ทางการทูต เพื่อ รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อภาวะสุขภาพของ ประชากร บุหรี่ ในพ ร ะร าชบัญญั ติย าสูบ พ .ศ . 2509 หมายถึง ยาเส้นหรือยาเส้นปรุง ไม่ว่าจะมีใบยาแห้งหรือยา อัดเจือปนหรือไม่ ซึ่งมวนด้วยกระดาษหรือวัสดุที่ทาขึ้นใช้ แทนกระดาษหรือใบยาแห้งหรือยาอัด ประเภทบุหรี่ในการสารวจครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุหรี่ที่ผลิต จากโรงงานหรือบุหรี่โรงงาน บุหรี่มวนเอง บุหรี่ ซิการ์ ไปป์ ยาสูบที่สูบผ่านน ้ า (บารากู่/ฮุกก้า/ชิชา) บุหรี่อิเล็กทรอนิก/ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า บารากู่ไฟฟ้า personnel and public health, classified by government, state enterprises, Independence organizations, Local administration and private sector . In addition, statistics on ratio between health resources and population were also presented . Statistics on Smoking and Drinking Behaviour : National Statistics Office firstly conducted survey on Smoking Behaviour in 1976 and survey on Drinking Behavior in 2001 . Later, in 2004 these two surveys were merged together under the survey titled “Smoking and Drinking Behavio ur .” The coverage of this survey was members of private households located in municipal and non-municipal areas throughout the country, excluding for foreign households working in embassies, or international organizations with diplomatic privileges . Data collected were population’s behaviour at risk to health status . Cigarette: according to the Tobacco Act.
