รถยนต์บริการใช้เช่า หมายถึง รถยนต์ที่จัดไว้ ให้เช่า ซึ่งมิใช่เป็นการเช่าเพื่อนําไปรับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสาร หรือสิ่งของ รถที่จดทะเบียนใหม่ หมายถึง รถที่จดทะเบียนใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นรถที่ไม่เคยจดทะเบียนจากที่ใดมาก่อน แต่มาจดทะเบียน ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยรถยนต์ หรือกฎหมายว่าด้วยการขนส่ง ทางบก ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรก และได้ชําระภาษีแล้ว เฉพาะกรณี ดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น 1 . รถใหม่ที่ผลิตจากโรงงานภายในประเทศ หรือรถ ที่นําเข้าจากต่างประเทศเพื่อจําหน่าย 2 . รถใหม่ที่ได้มาจากการขายทอดตลาดของ กรมศุลกากรเฉพาะที่ไม่เคยจดทะเบียนที่ใดมาก่อน 3. รถใหม่ที่นําเข้าจากต่างประเทศที่มิใช่เพื่อจําหน่าย การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย ได้นําเสนอข้อมูล เกี่ยวกับจํานวนรถยนต์ใช้ทางด่วน และรายได้จากการเก็บ ค่าผ่านทาง ตามด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทาง Car for rent : vehicle prepared for rent service, not for carrying passengers or a truck . New Vehicles Registered mean New Vehicles Registered which have never been registered anywhere before but are registered for the first time according to the Motor Vehicle Act or the Land Transport Act and have already paid the tax only in the following conditions: 1. New vehicles manufactured domestically or imported for commercial distribution. 2. New vehicles acquired through public auctions conducted by the Customs Department, provided that such vehicles have never been registered before. 3. New vehicles imported from abroad not intended for commercial distribution The Expressway and Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand presented data concerning number of vehicles using express way and revenue from toll fee . การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย เริ่มมีการก่อสร้างทาง รถไฟในประเทศไทยในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 โดยเริ่มดําเนินการ ก่อสร้างในปี พ.ศ. 2434 และเปิดเดินรถไฟสายแรกจาก กรุงเทพมหานครถึงจังหวัดนครราชสีมาในปี พ.ศ. 2443 มี ระยะทางรวม 265 กิโลเมตร ในระยะแรกใช้ระบบรางกว้าง 1.435 เมตร ต่อมาเมื่อมีการก่อสร้างทางรถไฟสายใต้ ได้กําหนดให้ใช้ระบบรางกว้าง 1 เมตร และในเวลาต่อมาได้มี การปรับปรุงระบบรางรถไฟให้เป็นขนาด กว้าง 1 เมตรเป็น มาตรฐานเดียวกันทั่วประเทศ เพื่อให้การเดินรถและการบริหาร จัดการระบบทางรถไฟเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปัจจุบัน เครือข่ายทางรถไฟของประเทศไทยมีระยะทางรวมทั้งสิ้น 5,662. 11 กิโลเมตร ประกอบด้วยทางรถไฟระหว่างเมือง ระยะทาง 5 , 381.27 กิโลเมตร และระบบรถไฟฟ้าใน กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลระยะทาง 280.84 กิโลเมตร The State Railway of Thailand; State Railway of Thailand: Railway construction in Thailand began during the reign of King Rama V, with construction commencing in 1891 . The Bangkok – Nakhon Ratchasima railway line, with a total length of 265 kilometres, was fully opened in 1900. Initially, the railway used standard gauge (1.435 metres). Subsequently, when the Southern Line was constructed, metre gauge ( 1 metre) was adopted. The railway network was later converted to metre gauge throughout the country in order to establish a uniform gauge nationwide and enhance the efficiency of railway operations and n etwork management. Thailand’s railway network has a total route length of 5,662. 11 kilometres, comprising 5, 381.27 kilometres of intercity rail and 280.84 kilometres of urban rail in Bangkok and its vicinity.
