สถิติวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม สถิติวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม ที่เสนอ ในบทนี้ ได้มาจากก รมทรัพ ย์สินทางปัญญ า กระทรวง พาณิชย์ และ International Institute for Management Development สิทธิบัตร การคิดค้นเทคนิคต่างๆ ในการผลิตหรือ ค้นพบเทคโนโลยีใหม่ เจ้าของผลงานการค้ นคว้าและการค้นพบ นามาจดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตร เพื่อเป็นการครอบครองกรรมสิทธิ์ ทางกฎหมาย การจดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตร กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เป็นหน่วยงานรับการยื่น และจดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตรในประเทศไทย และรวบรวมข้อมูลสิทธิบัตรเกี่ยวกับสถิติการยื่นคาขอ และ การจดทะเบียนสิทธิบัตรก ารประดิษฐ์และการออกแบบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ สิทธิบัตร หมายถึง หนังสือสาคัญที่รัฐออกให้เพื่อ คุ้มครองการประดิษฐ์ หรือการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มี ลักษณะตามที่กฎหมายกาหนด เป็นสิทธิพิเศษ ที่ให้ผู้ประดิษฐ์ คิดค้นหรือ ผู้ออกแบบผลิตภัณ ฑ์ มีสิทธิที่จะผลิตสินค้ า จาหน่ายสินค้าแต่เพียงผู้เดียว การประดิษฐ์ หมายถึง ความคิดสร้างสรรค์เกี่ยวกับ ลักษณะองค์ประกอบ โครงสร้างหรือกลไกของผลิตภัณ ฑ์ รวมทั้งกรรมวิธีในการผลิต การรักษา หรือปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ของผลิตภัณ ฑ์ใ ห้ดีขึ้น หรือทาให้เกิดผลิตภัณ ฑ์ขึ้นใหม่ ที่แตกต่างไปจากเดิม เช่น กลไกของเครื่องยนต์ ยารักษาโรค วิธีการใ นการเก็บรักษาพืชผักผลไม้ไม่ใ ห้เน่าเสียเร็วเกินไป เป็นต้น การออกแบบ คือ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์เกี่ ยวกั บ รูปร่างภายนอกของแบบผลิตภัณฑ์หรือสีของแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่แตกต่างไปจากเดิมหรือองค์ประกอบของลวดลาย แบบ ผลิ ตภัณ ฑ์ ที่ ไม่ ใ ช่ เป็นก ารอ อ ก แ บบผลิ ตภัณ ฑ์ ใ ห ม่ ( พระราชบัญญัติสิทธิบัตร พ.ศ. 2522 มาตรา 57 ) ได้แก่ 1 . แบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีหรือใช้แพร่หลายอยู่แล้ว 2 . แบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เปิดเผยภาพ สาระสาคัญไม่ว่าใน Science, Technology and Innovation Statistics Science Technology and Innovation Statistics presented in this chapter obtained from the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD). Under the law, the inventors can solely produce and distribute their products as provided under the laws. Invention means innovation on composition, structure or mechanics of a product, including procession of production and maintenance, as well as quality improvement, make a new product that differs significantly from the unit ’s previous product such as engine mechanism, medicine, process of handling vegetable and fruit greatly slow down spoilage, etc. Design is a kind of creativity concerning physical appearance of a product or element of design or color of a design which is different from the previously- created design (PATENT ACT B.E. 2522 , Section 57 ) follows; 1.
